ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

The role is responsible for working closely with partners to translate their demands into users, journeys, business stories, data questions, and features that fit in and add value to a coordinated digital activation plan, to define, measure, and continuously improve digital marketing activities.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Support direct-to-consumer activation strategy in line with the business strategy for the market to drive brand performance and deliver on business goals
  • Collaborate with the agency, key stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to develop strategic and operational plans and ensure their effective and efficient execution to drive business growth
  • Manage and control the deployment of direct-to-consumer activity
  • Proactively seek improvements opportunities to increase activity and cost efficiency

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • Demonstrate positive relationship-building skills in engagements with key stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and agency
  • Deliver KPI targets, in line with the goals of the Business Unit
  • Consumer acquisition model optimization (financial perspective) to ensure business sustainability

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics, or business-related disciplines
  • At least 3 years of professional experience, with a deep understanding of all aspects of direct-to-consumer/activation and marketing strategy in FMCG (preferably Tobacco and Alcohol)
  • Track record of both developing strategies to meet goals and executing effectively on that strategy
  • Exposure to a multi-national and cross-functional work environment is a plus
  • Ability to collabs and work effectively through relationships, persuasion, and influence
  • Having fair commercial acumen and a sense of deep personal responsibility for the organization’s success
