Assistant Jobs in London, Canada, Call skills- following up with claimants via phone- customer service in both languages, both internal and external customer inquiries.
Documenting- requesting documents, documenting within our system, updating follow ups and creating and sending letters.
Working with providers and employees to book Independent medical examination appointments. triage calls, and organize schedules.
Opening and triaging of mail, scanning new mail and uploading.
Processing and Adjudication of medical payment and administration.
