The Role:
- Sales Associate in our Melbourne Boutique.
- Build strong client relationships and client book.
- Deliver and maintain a constant high-end luxury experience.
- Carrying out shop-in-shop operational duties.
- Liaising with customers on repairs and aftersales service.
- Maintenance of stock levels and visual merchandising.
Demonstrate a constant awareness and actively strive to achieve key performance indicators in order to increase boutique/concession performance and reach individual and store targets
Provide exceptional standards of customer experience surpassing customer expectations at every opportunity by following the Christian Louboutin Sales Ceremony
The Candidate:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the luxury retail sector.
- Passionate about sales, fashion, and trends.
- Intermediate computer literacy.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with clients, colleagues, and management.
- Demonstrate and reflect the luxury brand image through customer service, attitude, personal grooming, dress code, and behavior.
- High drive to reach and exceed sales targets.
- Motivated and committed with a can-do attitude – able to meet the demands of a busy boutique with enthusiasm, high energy levels, and a determination to achieve a consistently strong sales record.
- Brand awareness – show a keen interest in the Christian Louboutin brand and have strong product and technical knowledge.
