Our Claims Adjusters work hard to provide support to our clients and the larger Property Claims team. They are responsible for providing efficient and prompt investigation of Personal Lines damages, including theft, the disappearance of jewelry, wind claims, and even potential exposure to CAT claims.

Along with Claims handling, they will be heavily involved with subrogation files and assist our Leaders with ad hoc projects that arise. They are passionate about maintaining strong relationships with our customers – this means emails and phone calls are answered promptly, keeping the customer experience top of mind.  Working in a collaborative team, there is the opportunity for coaching, and mentoring.

You have:

  • 1-3 years of Claims Adjusting experience
  • Completed a Post-Secondary program
  • Strong Customer Service background
  • Team-first mentality
