Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together

As a Senior Client Services Representative you will be providing support to our potential customers and patients to ensure they are able to access our products and are satisfied with the services provided.

You will work closely with our tech and product teams to resolve issues and provide feedback on frequently raised concerns. You are always listening to the customer and representing them to our cross-functional teams. Working with multiple stakeholders you’ll be presented with a fast-paced environment requiring constant organization while maintaining close attention to the details of our patients.

Here’s How

  • Responding to customer requests in accordance with our service level agreements via email and sometimes phone.
  • Escalating any product or tech-related issues to the product and development teams.
  • Managing central documentation on handling patient concerns and facilitating the creation of FAQs as required.
  • Updating eligibility records as required to ensure accuracy of the data.

Qualifications

Must Haves

  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Patience and tact in dealing with customer concerns.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Bilingual in English and French.
  • Confident working with a variety of teams.
  • A hands-on learner that can navigate ambiguity, complex issues, and concepts while problems.
  • solving and making sound decisions and multi-tasking.
  • Grit and tenacity while maintaining a positive outlook.

Nice to Haves

  • Knowledge of the Canadian health system is a strong asset.
