At Insignia Financial, we are recruiting Customer Service Consultants, our first point of contact for our existing Clients in our inbound call center, communicating via phone, web-based chat, and email.

The beauty of this role is that no financial services experience is required, yep, we’ll teach you everything you need to know with our comprehensive training program to ensure that we set you up for success. You’ll learn all the ins and out of the Financial Services Industry and as you grow and develop your career, you’ll continually learn something new.

We operate between 8 am – 8 pm Monday to Friday and you’ll need to be available to work a rotating roster during those times., and the start date for this role is Monday 26th September – and the salary is $65,000 inclusive of super.

If you’re all set to apply and then selected to move through the recruitment process, you’ll need to be available to attend one of our online assessment centers, which will be held on the following dates:

  • Monday 8th August 10am – 11.30am or 2pm – 3.30pm
  • Tuesday 9th August 10 am – 11.30 am or 2 pm – 3.30 pm
