Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the data/analytic subject matter expert for the CIBMTR database registry.
  • Maintains knowledge of current data requirements and adapts current processes to ensure the provision of required data.
  • Provide assistance regarding BMT program processes to comply with requirements. Coordinate with all BMT data staff and ensures secure, accurate, and timely submission of CIBMTR NMDP and other required data forms.
  • Ensure timely tracking and enrollment of stem cell transplant patients into federally mandated reporting systems.
  • Facilitates appropriate data management timely and accurate reporting of data outcomes, accurate outcome initiatives benchmarking, and ability to provide immediate feedback for assigned quality initiatives.
  • Remains up-to-date on expertise regarding the Center for International Blood and Marrow Transplant Research (CIBMTR) National Marrow Donor Program (NMDP) standards and requirements and provides such information to the BMT program leadership.

Education

  • High School Diploma

Experience

Approximately 2 years of previous related experience in a hospital setting

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis.
