Rockets Careers Houston, US, We are looking for a goal-oriented and organized video producer to manage video projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will have multifunctional responsibilities, such as scriptwriting, staff hiring, set design, and scheduling. You will also determine and enforce budgets for costs, such as shooting, editing, wages, and equipment. To be successful as a video producer, you should have excellent time management and interpersonal skills.

Video producers, or video production specialists, manage the production of videos by planning shoots, organizing schedules, hiring talent, and setting budgets. The video producer is in charge of all tasks associated with video production and ensures that video projects are up to standard and completed on time and within the production budget. A Video Producer, or Film Producer, is an audiovisual specialist responsible for planning and implementing all of the elements of a video project.

Their duties include securing the rights to intellectual property, managing logistics for the film set, and overseeing post-production tasks like editing and video animation. We are looking for a passionate and experienced candidate to join our Media department as a Video Producer. As a Video Producer, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the production of a video.

• Creating and managing a budget for all production costs and expenses.
• Sourcing staff, negotiating salaries, and hiring equipment.
• Scheduling all tasks within the video production process.
• Handling and planning for disruptions to the project.
• Locating, checking, and booking shooting venues.
• Directing cameramen, set designers, actors, and support staff.
• Working with editors to oversee the project’s finalization.
• Meeting with relevant stakeholders to discuss the project.
• Ensuring that the production quality of the final product is top-notch.
