Job Responsibilities

Assist the staff with their requirements to ensure employee satisfaction
Follow up with team leaders or managers to ensure they update and report their succession plan
Assist in conducting proper Performance appraisal on time
Follow up with PRO where applicable to ensure employee visas are done and renewed on time
Regularly update employee records in the system and personal files
Support the HR team in the recruitment process as per the manpower plan from contacting, assessing, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates
Schedule new hires Basic Training program
Assist HR team in scheduling training sessions for country leaders or members
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties (employment offers, disciplinary actions, letters, etc..)
Support and advise the employees to understand and implement policies and procedures
Assist the Regional HR team in implementing any HR projects / Initiatives
Assist in Conducting training for members and new hires if applicable
Handle all employee HR-related issues
Contribute to the proper implementation of the station CSR initiatives when and if necessary
Ensure abiding by company HSSE, compliance, and sustainable corporate policies
Follow up with leaders to ensure they update their team leave plans
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
Handle complaints and grievance procedures
Coordinate with recruitment agencies or outsourcing contractors when applicable
Update station HR data to ensure full accuracy in the HR system.
