Indeed Jobs Los Angeles, Invoices & Payment: Process all inbound invoices for The Market and ensure they are coded and sent for approval in a timely manner. Project-specific Administration: Centrally manage assigned Projects and ensure smooth overall running. Coordinate the sale paperwork to the relevant sale locations and ensure all history files are scanned and sensitive information redacted.

Monthly Consolidations: Work with The Market each month to consolidate the end-of-month review with the relevant Project stakeholders including calculating the various commission rates, manually generating statements, coordinating global data, and efficiently presenting it to the client. Finance: Liaise with vendor and buyers accounts regarding pending payments, payment holds, and buyer delays and relay this information in a timely manner to the relevant Project stakeholders. Closely follow the sale calendar and have knowledge of various sale settlements and effectively manage those with the Project leads.

Shipping: You will be responsible for working with buyers, shippers, and our customs brokers to manage the release of vehicles that have been sold. Online presence: Monitor the relevant vehicles on The Market by Bonhams website to ensure sale information is up to date, accurate and consistent. General administration: maintaining an efficient paper-based filing system, ordering stationary, typing of correspondence and other documents.

This role will have the responsibility for all elements of the accounting, reporting, and vendor payments processes. You will liaise with the various Collection leads, the global specialist teams, and Marketing and other support departments to ensure the seamless sale activity and maintenance of all related paperwork, deadlines, and the client relationship.

Required Skills

  • It is literate (Excel specifically), with a system and processes-driven approach to work.
  • Develop an independent, working knowledge of internal systems.
  • Strategic and methodical working.
  • Must apply utmost discretion and adhere to Bonham’s code of conduct when dealing with confidential client information.
