Job in Madurai, We are looking for a fit and attentive security guard to ensure that our property is protected. The security guard is responsible for recording the names of visitors, patrolling the property, and apprehending any trespassers. To be successful as a security guard you must be alert and professional.

A good security guard is aware of all visitors to the property and ensures that no inappropriate actions take place. Security Guards’ duties often include securing premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, and inspecting buildings and equipment. Security Guard’s duties can also access points as well as permit or prohibit entry.

As a security guard, you will make sure customers, assets, and employees on the premises are safe at all times. You will watch for any unlawful or unsafe activity, keep an eye on surveillance feeds and inspect the grounds for possible hazards. You must have an eye for detail, sound judgment, and objectivity when making observations or filling out reports. You may also perform other duties as assigned.

Belonging to the Fellowship of the Royal Institute of British Architects. Bawa was the principal driving force behind what is now globally known as tropical modernism.

Tropical Modernism, which favored white abstract forms and horizontal rooflines, was a very new style at the time that Bawa started working on his designs. He then polished his style more as he began building homes. The typically British ‘bungalow’ was a pavilion on one or two floors, cellular, and extrovert surrounded by a large garden plot.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that guests sign in upon arrival and exit.
• Make guests aware of rules that must be adhered to.
• Remove trespassers or unwanted individuals from the property.
• Contact the relevant authorities if a crime is committed or an accident occurs.
• Report to supervisors on a regular basis.
• Record any suspicious activities to the supervisor.

Skills & Requirements

• Physical strength and fitness.
• Prior experience as a Security Guard would be advantageous.
• Attention to detail.
• Must be able to stand for up to 4 hours
• Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs.
• Basic computer skills
