The Role:

As a Transaction Monitoring Analyst for Financial Crime Operations, you will be responsible for assisting in the protection of Airwallex from financial losses and reputational damage caused by fraudulent activities, while ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining the trust of customers and stakeholders. You will lead a balanced approach of managing queues, merchant experience and banking partner expectations across all of our product offerings, including Issuing, Online Payments, Bank Collect and Payouts etc., across the Americas.
This is a remote, 6 – month contract position in the US, ideally working remotely in Pacific Standard Time or Mountain Standard Time.

You will:

  • Manage interactions with our Airwallex’s banking partners
  • Own the Transaction Monitoring Zendesk queue and respond to customer inquiries and escalate items for the team to action
  • Manage and track the health of Transaction Monitoring zendesk queue to ensure customer and banking partner concerns are addressed in a timely manner
  • Draft and create email templates to standardize our customer engagement model
  • Triage and manage Jira tickets across multiple functions

You Have:

  • A minimum of 1 year of working experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Experience using customer support software, such as Zendesk and Jira
  • Customer Support at a Fintech is a plus
  • Excellent team player capable of learning and sharing knowledge in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills are essential with direct communication with the team and other stakeholders
