We’re Looking For A(n): Marketing Operations Assistant to play a pivotal role in the Dr. Marty marketing department, taking on essential responsibilities related to operational functions. This includes managing and creating records within Salesforce CRM and other systems crucial to marketing operations. Additionally, the individual contributes to A/B testing, data collection, and generating insightful custom reports. The role actively supports business processes and ensures adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) to facilitate the smooth execution of streamlined projects through our internal ticketing system. By efficiently handling these critical duties, the Marketing Operations Assistant contributes to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of marketing initiatives at Dr. Marty.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Create online sales funnels within SalesForce CRM, ensuring seamless record creation and management to optimize the customer journey.
- Conduct A/B tests to evaluate marketing strategies, compile and analyze the results, and recommend actionable insights and solutions for improved campaign performance.
- Provide valuable assistance to marketing leads on various projects, contributing to their successful execution and achieving project objectives.
- Assist marketing leads with daily administrative tasks, ensuring efficient operations and freeing up their time for strategic initiatives.
- Update and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and inventories, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for informed marketing decisions.
- Gather, clean, and analyze diverse marketing data in collaboration with the marketing team, deriving valuable insights to enhance marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect assets and information relevant to marketing initiatives, fostering effective communication and alignment.

- 1-3 years’ experience working day-to-day with SalesForce CRM
- 1-3 years’ experience working day-to-day with project management and ticketing softwares
- BA in Marketing, Accounting, Business, Psychology
- Experience in online direct-to-consumer marketing
- Basic HTML/CCS Proficiency

$51,800-$69,100, annual & monthly KPI bonus potential, depending upon experience.
