The Immedis Product and Development Team has been fundamental in the design and development of enterprise-level cloud software and service-driven solution for the delivery of international payroll and global mobility tax services – firmly positioning Immedis as the market leaders in global payroll technology and services.
What we are looking for:
This passionate company is expanding and searching for motivated, talented and driven Business Analysts to join our growing team. As part of the Product team, you will have an exciting opportunity to be involved in the full project lifecycle, designing and implementing next-generation payroll solutions enabling our customers to streamline payroll activities across all regions and areas of their business. This is a truly exciting role, working with customer-facing systems, and leveraging the very latest technologies.
Requirements
- Analytical
- Understanding complex business processes procedures, and continually identifying opportunities for efficiency and automation.
- Gathering and evaluating information from multiple data sources, and reconciling conflicts and drawing conclusions from the data set.
- Problem Solving
- Diagnosing various business challenges and offering suitable suggestions and solutions.
- Diagnosing feature gaps and technical bugs within the platform; escalating and solutions with the technology team
Communication:
- Working co-operatively, participating in and supporting product design workshops and various team sessions.
- Writing systematic functional specifications for new platform features and updates
- Ensuring functional specifications and requirements are fully understood by the development team
- Clearly and confidently communicating the latest platform features and updates both cross-functionally and to Immedis’ customers
- Excellent level of English, both written and spoken
Desirable:
- 2 years of experience working within a HR, payroll, financial or tech based environment
- Can demonstrate that you take responsibility for your work and follow through on assigned work tasks and commitments
- Experience working on large scale projects involving various applications and technologies
- Skilled with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps or similar for tracking projects and product development
- Basic knowledge of relational databases and APIs
- University degree or equivalent in a relevant or related field
