To support the continued growth of our Firm we are looking for two experienced and enthusiastic candidates to join our team. One role focuses on developing the Banking Finance practice group, as well as the Financial Institutions sector group. The second role focuses on developing the Tax and Restructuring practice groups. All groups operate across Europe. Experience in the relevant areas is welcomed.

Preferred locations are Milan (Banking/Financial Institutions) and Frankfurt (Tax/Restructuring). However, we are also open to discussing locations across Europe where Dentons has an office. The successful candidates will work directly with the respective regional Practice and Sector Group Leaders, while also being part of an engaged and supportive Marketing Business Development team.

Requirements

Your main tasks will include:

Practice and Sector Groups – Marketing Business Development responsibilities. Support group market positioning by inter alia:

  • Coordinating the preparation of business plans, including utilizing market research/trends impacting business to position the groups for growth.
  • Supporting the development of client opportunities by drafting and coordinating international pitches/proposals, credentials, capability statements, CVs, brochures and presentations.
  • Crafting, drafting and coordinating profile raising initiatives, including managing communication campaigns (newsletters, alerts), clients’ events, etc.
  • Managing submissions for International legal directories.
  • Supporting the strengthening of key client relationships with strategically tailored initiatives including international client events.

Your Profile / Requirements:

  • 5 to 7 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in a Big 4, a consultancy service firm or a law firm. An international environment would be preferable.
  • University background in economics/law would be preferable, in addition to marketing education.
  • C1 Level English.
  • Team player and hands on attitude.
  • Flexible, with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to work within short deadlines and to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
