We are the first cloud native ecosystem services provider, with unique services to develop and support the market growth for technology-vendors in a digital world of Dev(Sec)Ops, Containerisation, Kubernetes and Cloud Marketplaces. We help accelerate technology adoption through a multi-tier approach across the Globe.

Founded in 2016, we’ve supported new-to-market start-ups and more established global players, supporting companies such as Hashicorp, Docker, NGINX, Portworx, Twistlock, Palo Alto Networks, Gremlin and many more. In 2020 we were acquired by Exclusive Networks(EXN) which has allowed us to continue to grow at over 100% year-on-year where we are now looking to continue expanding across North America, EMEA and APAC. The Role

Nuaware is now looking for a Partner Development Manager or Channel Account Manager to join our EMEA business, specifically focusing on further building the CIS, Eastern Europe or DACH regions. Reporting into the Partner Leader, this is a great opportunity to be one of our growing Partner Development team, supporting the growth of our vendor revenue pipeline and partner base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and build pipeline our partner base with some of our key vendor relationships including HashiCorp, Docker, Mirantis, Apiiro others that we onboard
  • Ability to articulate, train and onboard new partners in the region as we start to enable and drive success for them
  • Comfortable with articulating new features and product benefits; being the go-to-resource for our resellers
  • Develop and drive joint business cases with the Exclusive Networks team where there are opportunities to do so for example Docker
  • Be knowledgeable and support our customer and partner base with the plans, pricing, sales structure and deal support
  • Proactively identify and recruit new partners within DACH, CIS Eastern Europe
  • Work closely and collaborate with our sales teams internally as well as the internal sales teams with our client vendors

Requirements

  • Proven successful experience within a Partner Sales capacity with a real desire to want to be a master of your craft, driving better practice across the industry
  • Experience with or from either a Vendor, Value Added Reseller, Consultancy, Service Provider or Distributor within in the technology industry
  • Comfortable with the C’ suite as personas and other business leaders
  • Credible communication skills when communicating with internal stakeholders and stakeholders within our client base
  • Ideally have language capabilities – German
  • Strong experience with tooling such as Salesforce, GSuite, Slack, Monday.com, etc.
  • Experience of working within an entrepreneurial company or tech start-up
  • Knowledge or a genuine interest of our ecosystem is a bonus including things such as Enterprise Software, Continuous Integration Delivery, Kubernetes and other Cloud Native Projects and Tooling
