Job Summary:
Blavity Inc. is currently seeking a highly motivated and visionary Creative Producer to assist with the preparation of captivating digital content for our branded campaigns. As part of our Creative Production team, you will play a critical role in the development of digital content on a day-to-day basis while closely collaborating with the Associate Director of Video.
As the Creative Producer, your primary objective will be to develop and implement strategic campaigns aligned with the voices of the day. You will need to be fluent in the culture, possess visual literacy, and have an eye for social media and branding. The ideal candidate is passionate about strategically elevating a brand’s presence through engaging digital storytelling and is well-versed in the latest social media trends.
This role will report directly to the Creative Director.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full production process design, branded editorial,, and social media campaigns, ensuring projects are well-executed and delivered on time while meeting the client’s objectives.
- Work closely with the Senior Manager of Branded Productions, Video Team, and other stakeholders to develop creative concepts for campaigns, including comprehensive client briefs containing strategies, and creative concepts in a thoughtful, compelling, and cohesive storyline.
- Provide trend-based strategy for all branded productions from mood board development and treatment writing to creative reviews, and deliverables management.
- Oversee the development of concept decks, monitoring, and collecting content deliverables across the cross-functional team.
- Strategize, develop and manage content production run of shows, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of high-quality creative assets.
- Act as the main point of contact for all branded creative and production-related matters with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Review and provide feedback on branded creative assets to ensure they meet project goals and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including account management, creative, and production, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Support with copywriting for project-specific deliverables, ensuring messaging is on-brand and effectively communicates the campaign objectives.

- Employ a hypothesis-driven approach to solve complex business problems and deliver insightful analysis of market opportunities for both current and upcoming products
- Build effective relationships with colleagues throughout the Blavity organization to support analysis of product performance based on multiple internal metrics including technical, financial, sales and strategic benchmarks
- Combine internal analysis with ongoing market research and competitive landscaping to advise pricing, partnerships and market opportunities for new and existing products
- Assist in drafting product requirements, strategic goals and mockups/prototypes for potential product innovations or strategic innovations
- Ad Hoc coordination between Business Operations and other departments related to internship project(s)
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Film/TV, English, or related field preferred
- Required Experience: 3-5+ years of on-set production experience in TV, Film, Advertising or related field
- Technologies: Proficiency with deck building in Powerpoint and Google Slides
- Additional Qualifications:

Details:
- This is a fully remote role, U.S.- based role. Occasional travel may be required.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Candidates must be available to work at least 50% in alignment with the Pacific Time Zone.
- The salary range for this role is $65,000 – $80,000
