We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Part-Time Email Marketing Specialist. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing email marketing campaigns to engage the audience, nurture leads, and drive conversions.   • Email Automation: Set up and manage email automation workflows, including welcome emails, drip campaigns, and abandoned cart reminders. Monitor automation performance and make improvements as needed.

  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze email marketing metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and email deliverability. Provide regular reports on campaign performance and insights.

  • Email Design and Branding: Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing email templates and graphics consistent with the brand’s identity and messaging.

  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure email marketing compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and follow industry best practices to maintain a positive sender reputation.

  • Email Marketing Trends: Stay updated on email marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Implement innovative ideas to enhance email marketing effectiveness.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to align email marketing with overall marketing strategies and business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications or equivalent experience in email marketing will be considered.

  • Proven experience as an email marketing specialist or in a similar email marketing role, preferably in a professional setting.

  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms, such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot.

  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and segmentation strategies.

  • Excellent copywriting and creative skills to develop engaging email content.
