Overview

About the Company:

Hey there! Paperboy is a specialized newsletter growth agency dedicated helping our clients get more subscribers to their email newsletters. Our clients are generally “creators” and have public personal brands — books, podcasts, information products, etc.

Distinct from traditional email marketing agencies, Paperboy focuses exclusively on promoting newsletters rather than products. We do this through a number of methods including partner collaborations, guest swaps, referral reward programs, paid ads, lead magnets and more.

How we roll: We’re a laid-back, fully remote team. Micro-managing is not our thing!

Commitment: This is a part-time role, but we’re looking for people who are in it for the long haul. Plus, there’s an opportunity for it to grow into a more substantial full-time position if you’re interested in that sort of thing.

Availability: As a part-time role, we understand you may have other commitments (so we’re not looking for an exclusive situation) but we are looking for someone who can really become part of the team. Tl;dr: So if you’re a freelancer with a bunch of other clients, that would not be a great fit. We’re looking for people that maybe have one other thing going on.
