At iterative.ai, we build open-source tools for machine learning DVC (10k+ ⭐ on GitHub), CML (3k+ ⭐ on GitHub), and enterprise-grade data infrastructure solutions. We also offer a team collaboration SaaS solution – Studio. We’re a well-funded (Series A), remote-first team (50+ employees) on a mission to solve the complexities of managing datasets, ML infrastructure, ML models lifecycle, and other ML data-centric workflows.

Job purpose

The individual in this role will work closely with customers as well as with the product and engineering team to diagnose and solve technical issues, create new workflows, as well as establish and maintain strong relationships with customers. Extensive experience in Machine Learning, effective communication skills, and a willingness to continuously learn and share knowledge are essential for success in this role.

Duties and responsibilities

Collaborate with customers to understand their workflow, needs, issues with their Machine Learning and Data Management approaches
Code and help customer creating solutions for their ML workflow
Help the product team and engineering team if needed to identify next steps and fixing issues
Establish meaningful connections with customers to understand their objectives and needs
Clearly and concisely communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Continuously expand your knowledge and share it with customers to enhance their success and experience

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Machine Learning (esp. Deep Learning)
DevOps cloud technologies AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
