About the team:

Paytm Money is seeking a talented and experienced Assistant Manager for Marketing, with 4-6 years of relevant experience in social media, content marketing, branding, product marketing, webinars, seminars, and a strong understanding of the capital market. This pivotal role involves managing various marketing activities, including events (both online and offline), social media calendar, and content marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should be adept at coordinating and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engage with our target audience effectively.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to build a strong brand presence on various platforms and engage with our community of users.
  • Create and manage a content marketing calendar, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality, relevant content across different channels.
  • Craft persuasive and compelling content for marketing collaterals, website, social media, emails, webinars, seminars, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate and manage both online and offline events, including webinars and seminars, to promote our financial products and services.
  • Collaborate with the product marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition and engagement.
  • Monitor social media analytics and track content performance to derive actionable insights and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone across all marketing communications.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and capital market developments to inform marketing strategies.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on social media, content marketing, branding, product marketing, webinars, and seminars.
  • Strong understanding of the capital market and financial products is essential.
  • Proven track record of managing successful online and offline events.
  • Proficiency in crafting engaging and persuasive content for various marketing channels.
  • Experience in managing social media platforms and analyzing social media metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to execute innovative marketing campaigns.
