Quadrant is looking for a Sales Development Representative to find and support potential customers who can benefit from our products and services. As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal SDRs have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting our sales team up for success.


  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Meet Alfred, HubSpot, and email to generate new sales opportunities
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
  • Identify prospect’s needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
  • Build a list of target companies and proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Report to the commercial and marketing team with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results


  • Bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of relevant work experience
  • 2-3 years of experience as a sales development rep with a track record of achieving quotas
  • At least 1 year of experience in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong communication skills via email and LinkedIn
  • Impeccable English skills, especially in writing
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
