Overview
Quadrant is looking for a Sales Development Representative to find and support potential customers who can benefit from our products and services. As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal SDRs have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting our sales team up for success.
Requirements
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Meet Alfred, HubSpot, and email to generate new sales opportunities
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
- Identify prospect’s needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
- Build a list of target companies and proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Report to the commercial and marketing team with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
Benefits
- Bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of relevant work experience
- 2-3 years of experience as a sales development rep with a track record of achieving quotas
- At least 1 year of experience in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong communication skills via email and LinkedIn
- Impeccable English skills, especially in writing
- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
