About the role

This position, based in the Philippines, is a growth role within our high-performing Sales Operations function, which comprises Commercial Analysts aligned to each sales segment, Sales process professionals, and Business Intelligence specialists.

Reporting to the Business Process Analyst – Sales Operations, you will be a key member of the Sales Operations team, partnering closely with Sales, Professional Services, Finance and other members of the Sales Ops team to manage customer commercial data, provide business process analytical support that drives strategic, tactical and commercial objectives in-market.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to quickly pivot in response to changes in the business and market. This role requires a high degree of adaptability and agility, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. A candidate who can thrive in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment will excel in this position.

Responsibilities
  • Own the process of reviewing closed deals and provisioning new accounts
  • Support the quote and billing review process, including managing and maintaining records, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of billing.
  • Responsible for first responses to Sales queries, managing the Sales Operations service desk, monitoring Slack channels and redirecting inquiries to the appropriate channels for prompt resolution.
  • Assist with the onboarding and offboarding process for Sales, ensuring timely access and revocation of sales systems and tools.
  • Administer opportunities in Salesforce, including reopening opportunities, maintaining competitor lists, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Make monthly dashboard updates in Salesforce.
  • Conduct lead and account enrichment, including researching and appending data to existing leads to increase the accuracy and completeness of our database.
  • Collaborating with Sales to ensure the sales process is understood and followed, as well as identifying executing on opportunities for improvement with the goal of improving data quality and reducing room for error.

Requirements

  • Professional Experience:
    • Previous experience in data administration, data analysis, or data management
    • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to quickly pivot to respond to changes with the business and market
    • Previous experience in customer service highly regarded
    • Previous experience working in a service desk, or similar capacity highly regarded, as is experience using communication tools such as Slack
  • Technical Proficiencies:
    • Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
    • Proficiency using or administering data within the Salesforce platform, or comparable CRM including building or maintaining reports dashboards
  • Professional Skills
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to communicate proactively with peers, managers, and leadership on plans, progress, and challenges
    • Excellent attention to detail
