What you’ll do:
  • Relentlessly hunt for opportunities to grow our client base from outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media.
  • Prospect, research, qualify, and develop target accounts.
  • Qualify and convert inbound leads.
  • Exceed monthly and quarterly quotas and daily and weekly KPIs.
  • Live our corporate values that fuel our success and define who we are.
  • Maintain strong CRM data hygiene and prospecting best practices.
  • Generate qualified meetings before and after events. Travel to events may be required.

What we’re looking for (you!):
  • At least 1 year of experience as an SDR, BDR, or ISR in a fast-paced tech sales environment and a demonstrated history of consistent quota overachievement. Candidates without this experience, or with other relevant work experience, who can demonstrate exceptional strengths in communication, self-motivation, grit, and resourcefulness are encouraged to apply. Recent grads should be prepared to submit college transcripts of their final two academic terms.
  • Aptitude for learning technical concepts & terms relevant to the legal vertical; experience in legal tech or pitching to C-Level executives within corporate legal is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills.
  • Gritty, self-motivated, and with an entrepreneurial spirit. You do not need to be motivated to succeed by others.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment that requires adaptability, independence, and strong resolve.
