Job Purpose and Impact
The Regional Talent Consultant will identify and develop our employee talents based on current and future business objectives that span multiple countries, businesses, and functions in the Asia Pacific region.
In this role, you will lead and facilitate small to medium size projects or programs, fostering client relationships to deliver human resources solutions within the talent domain scope including strategic workforce planning, talent fulfillment during transformations, diversity, equity, and inclusion, enabling strategic movement within the business, annual talent discussion processes, coaching, and feedback.

Key Accountabilities
- Represent the needs of the talent domain in the delivery of talent programs and solution offerings.
- Ensure that the organization is providing relevant, effective facilitation services to function and business managers within the talent domain.
- Leverage and enforce tools, methodologies, and processes to support the effective and efficient delivery of talent programs and solutions.
- Develop, manage and maintain key internal and external stakeholders relationships.
- Work in close partnership with the talent and performance center of expertise to identify appropriate solutions, align on solution design creation when necessary, and leverage existing global solutions and service providers where appropriate.
- Provide thought leadership in recommending and delivering talent programs and solutions that build on our organization’s strategic drivers.
- Champion a strong continuous improvement culture to ensure the deployment of scalable, simplified, and standardized processes.
- Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to analyze a large amount of talent data and create insights
- Minimum of four years of related work experience
- Other minimum qualifications may apply
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree
- Human resources certificate
- Minimum of six years of related work experience
