Provides various levels of professional recruitment and related human resources functions. Works to develop recruitment strategies, identifies and sources individuals, processes candidates, and coordinates activities with internal and external resources.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Assists with developing recruiting strategies, sources candidates through more typical sources, and assists with processing through the hiring process.
Recruits for more standard or operational roles, receive direction on complex needs, and have an understanding of recruiting and human resources principles and practices.
Develops relationships with hiring managers, educates on recruitment approaches and processes and works to align expectations and processes.
Conducts job previews and analyses as required to understand the scope and requirements of positions; typically includes support or operational roles.
Assists with developing recruiting approaches or strategies for customers or management; seeks direction on more complex areas and works to implement once determined.
Modifies existing job postings to tailor to the needs of the position, ensuring compliance with company practices.
Sources candidates, reviews resumes, and dispositions to ensure a qualified applicant pool, and presents information to hiring managers for consideration; sourcing may be more predictable but employs creative approaches as needed.
Maintains and ensures the accuracy of databases, reports, and related details through audits, queries, and operational reviews; investigates and works to resolve discrepancies.
Ensures processes and operations comply with applicable laws, rules and regulations; seeks advice and interpretation when required.
Assists with monitoring processes identify potential programs, and is proactive in resolution; seeks input from peers or leaders when required.
Ensures timely communication is provided to customers on the status of recruitment, works to resolve potential service or operational issues, and informs leaders as required.
Assists with or processes applicants through the hiring process, including conducting reference checks extending employment offers, receiving acceptance details and providing drug testing information to candidates, and coordinating start dates with appropriate supervisors.
Assists with reviewing and responding to customer requests which include applying recruiting and human resources principles, drafting responses and outlines, and other professional support.
Performs other duties as assigned.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
Minimum one year of experience preferred.
Fundamental professional principles and practices related to recruiting and human resources.
Awareness of common systems and databases for recruiting management.
Understanding of applicable laws, rules, and regulations related to the area of assignment.
Developing analytics, reports, and communications within recruiting.
Identifying and working to resolve potential problems or service issues.
Understanding of how to develop relationships and partnerships.
Communicating recruiting information.
Operating in both a team and individual contributor environment.
Identifying and communicating potential operational and service concerns.
