Responsibilities
- Work with Dell sales representatives to help close identified opportunities.
- Increase volume and penetration rate of leasing by uncovering new accounts and expanding our footprint with existing customers.
- Establish credibility in your business unit by displaying knowledge with the Dell sales teams and their leadership.
- Coach, train, and develop Dell Internal and External sales reps, leaders, and executives to the standards set by DFS.
- Produce business forecasts as required by your manager.
- Manage and control all customer and Dell satisfaction issues in line with company guidelines, ensuring that any customer issues are swiftly and professionally resolved.
Skill & Requirements
- Solid financial acumen foundation.
- Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to self-start, highly organized, and motivated in a remote work environment.
- Thorough understanding of Technology from the Cloud to the Edge
- Knowledge of consumption-based payment solutions and the IT industry
