Professional Requirements

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Clinical Nurse Director, this position is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and providing high-quality, individualized patient care using the components of the nursing process.


Minimum Education:

  • Graduate of an RN Training Program.
  • Completion of a basic EKG course.

Preferred Education:

  • N/A

Minimum Work Experience and Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Preferred Work Experience and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one (1) year of recent experience in an acute care setting is preferred.
  • One (1) year of experience in a Post Partum/Nursery setting is preferred.

Required Licensure, Certification, Registration, or Designation:

  • Current California RN license
  • BCLS
  • NRP card
  • L.A. County Fire Card
