Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate research, development, and implementation of a strategy to position Teleperformance in India as an industry leader
  • Build and nurture strong relations with industry bodies, awards & recognition bodies, and associations to win awards, mentions, and enviable positions in listings
  • Study, Research, and strategize for award participation, share recommendations, industry best practices, and competition benchmarking
  • Work with SMEs to write and create content for effective nomination drafts for industry awards and recognition submissions, win awards for the brand, and create a pipeline of participation
  • Experience in B2B writing to create a connection with all stakeholders, industry associations, media houses, event organizers, agencies, and clients
  • Work with creative staff and other department heads to produce marketing collateral in accordance with brand messages – videos, mailers, posters, ads, website content, social messaging, newsletters, leadership material, and announcements
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on similar industry activities; make recommendations based on findings/research/opportunities discovered
  • Make effective announcements, and creative content to create brand equity and reputation
  • Collaborate with all departments to identify internal and external communication needs
  • Communicate and negotiate with promotional partners as needed for joint marketing activities
  • Evaluate the success of various communication strategies and provide and implement recommendations for improvement, ROI

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Copywriting, content creation for print, web, video, and social (B2B)
  • Creative bent of mind, ability to prioritize, eye for detail
  • Work under pressure, deadline-driven
  • Planning and organization skills, interpersonal skills
  • Experience in writing for and working with senior leadership
  • Mass communication, PR & Media, and Journalism experience preferred
