Your Impact:

We are looking for a Business Analyst to develop, write, and edit material for various technical and administrative reports,Analyze trends and work with management within the program, review work processes, and data, and make recommendations for improvements with a demonstrated ability to distill complex business issues into easily understandable terms for a variety of audiences.

The selected candidate must have an excellent team-player attitude, with the ability to consistently demonstrate the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, mutual respect, and accountability to others.

Technical/Functional Responsibilities:

  • Organizes data, graphs, and other material in a logical format and implements reporting as needed on a regular interval
  • Compares data to established norms to verify consistent updates and validity to baseline data
  • Reviews published reports, and materials and recommend revisions or changes in data, format, or content
  • Performs data analysis and organizes data for ease of viewing via software resources

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a strong emphasis on communication, business, finance, or accounting is preferred, others considered
  • MBA preferred
  • 5-7 years experience as a business or financial analyst with demonstrated work products
  • Ability to work in teams and regularly participate in making decisions and show problem-solving capabilities
  • Capable of analyzing complex issues and evaluating alternatives to achieve quality solutions
  • Thorough communication skills, both verbal and written are critical
  • Thorough detail orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Must have the ability to contribute to a team environment and work across multiple departments
  • Thorough organizational skills with the ability to track and prioritize numerous simultaneous tasks
  • Demonstrated knowledge of financial reporting and forecasting, accounting concepts, and auditing and reconciling multiple invoices and multiple budgets
  • Thorough proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Proven ability to work under pressure
  • Review team deliverables and coordinate feedback from stakeholders
  • Facilitate project meetings and produce/distribute meeting documents
  • Contribute toward improving methods and practices
