Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the completion of payroll closes for Frontline(Bi-Weekly Hourly), Management(Semi-Monthly Salaried), and Salaried (Bi-Weekly Salary) employees. This includes all aspects of payroll including but not limited to the reviewing of timecards,

Processing exceptions, responding to payroll inquiries and handling employees’ payroll concerns daily. Also, work closely with the scheduling and wellness departments to ensure schedules and absences are inputted correctly to ensure employees are paid correctly.
  • Assists in the processing of all Airport Operations payroll in accordance with the provisions of union agreements and company policy
  • Responsible for handling employee’s immediate payroll needs including but not limited to walk-ins, phone calls, and/or emails
  • Work closely with corporate payroll in determining the vacation balances for employees that are returning to work from leave, transferring in, or recently hired
  • Provide support for management by coordination and preparation of reports associated with time and attendance and performing personnel-related duties including filing

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-year experience in a payroll admin or related role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

  • A college degree or equivalent work experience is preferred
  • Effective time management skills
  • Teamwork skills will be working in a team environment
