  • Handled proper direction of business relations and distribution of company literature by communicating with external contacts.
  • Helping in word, presentations, and spreadsheets.
  • Logistics coordination, maintaining records of invoices and payments in excel
  • Coordinating daily operations including daily, purchasing and receiving and IT inventory management
  • Handling project administration work.
  • Planning and scheduling interviews at lower levels (analyst, summer trainees).
  • Coordinating with building management in various depts. for smooth functioning.
  • Handled expense claims of Directors/ Employees
  • Administrative in charge of the Delhi office at Duff & Phelps India.


  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be very comfortable working directly with colleagues and external vendors
  • Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in any stream
