RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in building and managing strong and lasting client relationships during implementation. Maximize testimonials and client referrals and minimize client attrition

  • Promote teamwork with cross-functional teams to support the provider’s transition. Provide the practice owners and office staff with a Point of Contact with EHR developers and RCM analysts.
  • Help practice owners reach their business goals using Vehicle software and services:
    1. Analyze client needs and establish expectations for office workflow, EHR configuration, CRM, and the RCM teams.
    2. Point of contact for clients who will need to collaborate with multiple teams to ensure all onboarding tasks are completed.
    3. Teach practice owners how to use Vehicle’s embedded analytics and 3-rd party apps to improve office profitability, patient flow, compliance, and billing processes.
  • Build state-of-the-art Client Relationship Management (CRM) processes and systems to improve the professionalism and scalability of Vehicle systems and services.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of Client Account Management for a medical billing BPO.
  • Experience in managing multiple healthcare provider relationships in the US.
  • Knowledgeable in healthcare insurance policy concepts.
  • Familiar with US medical insurance industry and insurance claims processing cycle.
  • Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPC.

NOTE

  • Must have stable internet connection minimum of 5 MBPS.
  • Must be comfortable working US business hours.
  • Must own a laptop with at least 8 GB of memory.
